I help you to wear your baby more confidently as you figure out how to put the carrier on correctly or how to position the baby

Understanding your baby's crying

Is your baby crying a lot without a clear reason? Is crying something that makes you feel frustrated and helpless? In this 2hr session we will talk about the two main purposes of crying and what you can do to support your baby and yourself through this

Personalized meditations and emotional support

Through guided imagery and meditation, I will facilitate a moment of peace and calm in your busy day as a new mother. Meditation is known to relax the nervous system and bring peace and joy, which is exactly what a new mama needs. After the meditation, we spend time talking and checking in on how you are feeling emotionally in your transition to motherhood

Warm meals

Nutrition is very important for postpartum healing. The ideal postpartum food is warm, soft, and easy to digest. During a postpartum home visit I cook a nutritious meal for you and your family in your kitchen and with your ingredients following these simple guidelines. I will always cook according to your family's own preferences and likes

3) Other services

Preparing to Thrive in the Postpartum

You will receive:
- A 9 page workbook titled "Preparing to Thrive in the Postpartum".
- 1 session of 3hrs in your home to prepare and organize your house including baby’s clothes, breastfeeding station, your bedroom, changing station, etc.
- A list of things to buy and have ready at home before our session.
- An opportunity to talk about your feelings about welcoming a new baby to your family.
- Recommended from 30 weeks of pregnancy (inquiries about this service can be made before)
- Cost: 250€

Postpartum Sealing Ceremony

- A 4hrs pampering treatment which includes honoring the birth story, a full body massage, vaginal steaming or bath, and wrapping of the body using 5 Mexican rebozos (cloths) to close up the body and energy after birth, finishing off with a debrief and sharing a small meal.
- Recommended at 6 weeks after the birth (or after - some women enjoy this treatment even years after the birth).
- Close friends and family are warmly welcome to join you.
- Cost: 360€
- Cost if you have also taken the premium package: 290€

Mother Blessing Ceremony

- A mother blessing is quite similar to a baby shower in many ways. It is a time for you to gather close family and friends to bring strength for the upcoming birth.
- 3 hrs ceremony where we eat together and give blessings to you and your baby.
- I also introduce the "7 sisters for 7 days" model which helps to build community postpartum support around you. I explain what this is and talk about the importance of postpartum support.
- Cost: 270€
- Cost if you have also taken the premium package: 200€
